Company Requirements
Section titled “Company Requirements”- Train employees who work in Canada
- Develop a digital intelligence training program with a training organization
- Have a Quebec business number (NEQ) (required for those businesses operating in Quebec)
Ineligibility
Section titled “Ineligibility”Companies are not eligible if it is:
- A department or agency of the municipal, provincial or federal government,
- A political party or association
- A company whose operations have been interrupted due to a labour dispute (strike or lockout)
- A company that has not fully repaid a debt previously incurred debt with the government unless it complies with a written repayment agreement.
