It is developing the Enigma Trading System, which integrates with existing exchange APIs, and leverages the power of machine learning models to autonomously trade in various financial markets.
Job Duties:

Develop and oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide accurate and timely financial information to support the company’s strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with the executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and risk mitigation.

Assess and optimize the company’s capital structure, including equity, debt, and other financing options. Evaluate capital-raising opportunities and determine the most appropriate funding sources to support growth initiatives.

Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risks, credit risks, and liquidity risks. Implement risk management strategies, policies, and controls.

Manage relationships with investors and financial stakeholders. Communicate financial performance, strategies, and outlook to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Coordinate financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors.

Monitor financial performance against targets and benchmarks. Analyze financial variances, trends, and key performance indicators. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management and the board of directors.

Build and maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders, including banks, lenders, and investors. Negotiate financing agreements, manage banking relationships, and represent the company in financial discussions and negotiations.

Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. Develop and implement cost control measures, monitor expense trends, and drive initiatives to enhance financial performance. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field is required

At least 3 years of related experience as a middle manager in a similar industry or business environment is required

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies

Knowledge of financial risk management principles and practices

Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess financial viability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
