Position: Financial Engineer (Internship/Entry Level)

EonLabs Ltd., a pioneering firm in the realm of financial engineering, AI, and high-frequency trading research, is actively seeking a Financial Engineer for an internship or entry-level position. As a Vancouver-based organization with a strong foothold in the cryptocurrency high-frequency trading sector, we are poised to extend our reach into the sphere of traditional finance. We are keen to onboard professionals who can aid us in this transition and help integrate our existing strategies into the conventional futures markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration of our established strategies into traditional futures markets, with a primary focus on commodities trading within the CME group.

  • Manage data acquisition and processing from exchanges or brokers such as the CME, Interactive Brokers, Refinitiv, Exegy, among others.

  • Apply knowledge of futures contracts, trade execution, signal generation, and big data processing. Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in commodities futures trading.

  • Prior experience in machine learning is advantageous.

  • Expertise in Python, AWS, and Javascript.

  • Familiarity with financial engineering and quant libraries.

  • Ability to work remotely from a location within North America. Preferred Experience:
