@Peter Henry Reconnected with Ji Luo today. He’ll review the Three-Party Agreement (TPA, master template) and come back with some numbers that’s workable for him. In the mean time, please let me know your thoughts on the Agreement before I get in touch with the other candidates as well.

@Peter Henry I am waiting for your feedback and opinion on Hao Wang’s paid interview. It won’t take more than a couple of hours and a few dollars in total. The agency agreement did not specify any details in this regard.

Hi @Terry Li - I think i must have missed this somehow, to clarify, Hao is asking to be compensated to interview with you? In this instance I do not expect any payment or the like for HW Anderson as an agency here. Are you comfortable with what he is asking you in general?

@Peter Henry The CEO and I have already met with him and found him to be very experienced. However, we would like to explore further collaboration opportunities. He suggested that a more in-depth exploration may be better handled on a consultation basis. This is because it would not be fruitful to hold back too much information, but it would also be unfair to ask him to divulge somewhat proprietary information without a fee. Therefore, we would term this a paid interview going forward. It would involve only discussion and no written or coding work. We found his suggestion sensible and fair, but we want to make sure you are comfortable with us conducting a deeper dive with him on this paid interview basis before we engage him on the hourly rate and scope of discussion.

@Terry Li Thanks Terry - noted on Spyros. I guess we are at at impasse there. With regards to Hao - thanks for the clarification. As i understand it, right now you will assess the opportunity with him through paid interview for which we will not charge any type of fee. If this continues to go well you could look at a longer term hourly (or similar) contract at which point we could look at how that impacts a fee to us.
