Hi Terry,

I’m not familiar with Hudson and Thames, though their concept of providing access to their libraries of computations sounds somewhat like our predictive signals product, called Signum that that delivers both proprietary and generic calculations in process with market data for designing and developing strategies.

I believe that firms engaging in market making of futures or equities typically build their own logic, though they might utilize market data along with managed DMA access or FPGA technology from a vendor like Exegy.

They industry events that we typically attend an participate in are the FIA events, Security Trader’s Association events, and occasionally some for-profit events like The Trading Show Chicago.

Note that my answers above all relate to traditional (non-crypto) trading industry. I’d be happy to discuss any of this on a call.

EonLabs has to justify for ourselves how much we want to exit:

Very impressive technology you`ve built - truly amazing, congratulations again!

As Neil mentioned on the call, we would need some basic financial data on the overall size of your business. It would be ideal to see revenue/profit since segregation and total number of customers. If possible, please include a summary of amounts of revenue and profit for all customers (unrelated to the business owners). So to be clear, if the business makes US5MbutUS5M but US4M comes from fees from owners’ funds that won’t continue with the new owner then the business only makes US$1M in revenue. We would need to get a better understanding of the numbers to prepare some thoughts on the valuation of the business in the exit scenario.

You know your business way better than anyone can understand it from the outside, so it would be also tremendously helpful if you could share your thoughts  about valuations and why would an intelligent buyer already operating in your space would agree with that valuation. We could then set another follow up call to discuss this in more detail.
