2022, Quantum Machine Learning and Optimisation in Finance, Jacquier

这个是新的 Quantum Machine Learning (QML) initiative，测试人才市场反馈用的，因为 2023-02-23 去了 Yaletown 和 https://abaqus.dev/ 两位创始人（David 和 Chris）谈得不错，大致有个方向可能可以怎合作，我先出一个 post 测试一下反应。

大致合作方向： AbaQus 团队担当 mentor 角色，协助感兴趣这方面建模的应聘者，以及协助他们获得更多 QML 相关的硬件资源，以后我们可以按 models 绩效分润给他们。
