Why archived
Section titled “Why archived”The hub-and-spoke audit (issue #4) surfaced that ~70% of files in recruiting/ and people/ had not been touched in 2+ years. After conversation with the maintainer, the conservative threshold of ≥3 years stale was chosen. Files newer than 2023-04-07 stay in their original categories.
If a file in here is still load-bearing — referenced from a current page, or describing an active process — move it back to the live category and update the Notion-edit metadata so it doesn’t get re-archived in a future sweep.
